Fighting Cancer on the Booty Loop

Charlotte, N.C. – Edifice was honored to join the fight against cancer by sponsoring a team for the first time in this year’s 24 Hours of Booty.  This 24-hour cycling event was held on the infamous Booty Loop in the beautiful Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte.

IMG_2198The Edifice team, led by Team Captain Tod Creech, consisted of 20 riders raising over $19,000 and riding over 1,300 miles! Edifice was recognized as Rookie of the Year for going above and beyond our first year and the “organized way you recruited and fundraised.” Our youngest rider was Bryson Knupp, 14, contributing 80 miles and Tommy Miller took the seat with a whooping 134.5 miles!

The over $1.3 million raised in this event will be used to support cancer patients and their families as well as fund cancer research.

Thank you to all of our generous partners and contributors for making this a ride we won’t forget.
