Edifice Receives WFX Solomon Award 2014 for Best Construction Management
Charlotte, N.C. – Edifice, Inc. received the 2014 WFX Solomon Award for Best Management Wednesday, October 1st at the Worship Facilities Conference & Expo (WFX) in Dallas, TX.
For this category, Edifice submitted the construction of a new sanctuary for Christ Lutheran Church, located in Charlotte, NC. This sanctuary accommodating to both contemporary and traditional worship styles, consisted of unique elements that required precise construction. The success of this project portrays the innovative solutions Edifice proposed to over come a number of challenges faced.
Presented by a conglomerate of magazine publishers including: Worship Facilities Magazine, Designer Magazine and Church Production Magazine, the WFX Solomon Awards program is a leading annual national award program that recognizes church building design, encompassing churches of all sizes and styles.
Open to churches, architects, designers, and builders these awards acknowledge churches and their partners for excellence in facilities design, building expansion or remodeling, operation excellence, innovative use, and technical production. Finalists and winners were selected based on the quality of information provided and winners were determined by Worship Facilities Magazine, Designer Magazine and Church Production Magazine editors, distinguished members of the WFX Advisory Board, and WFX management.
All of the 2014 Solomon Awards will be published in the Nov/Dec issue of Worship Facilities Magazine.
