1616 Center Streetscape
This project is a five-story, 76,000-square-foot mixed use development located in the heart of south end Charlotte. The project will include 10,000-square-feet of retail space on the first floor and 65,000-square-feet of office space on the remaining four floors above.

As the General Contractor for this new development, Edifice is excited to be a part of the 1616 Center project team. We would like to share with you this blog as the project develops and let you experience this together as a community.  On a monthly occurrence we will provide you with updates on the construction and the progress as the 1616 Center unfolds. This is one experience you are not going to want to miss!
