Big strides were made at the Bürkert project with the completion of the exterior during the month of November. The front office area has been largely dried-in with the completion of the curtain wall system and the roofing in this area. All of the steel has been erected and the precast has been finished in the warehouse area, including the main mechanical and electrical rooms. On the interior most of the framing is now completed in the front office area, as well as, most of the mechanical, plumbing, and sprinkler rough-in installations. Additionally, the framing has begun in the warehouse space and PC Godfrey continues to run the 4 pipe system throughout this area.
On November 11th, we took some time out to celebrate the project’s accomplishments thus far and enjoyed a BBQ luncheon on site. More than 120 subcontractors and vendors were on hand as well as representatives from the project team, including Bürkert, Edifice, and the architectural firm of Wash Hatem Nelson. The outstanding progress to date could not have been accomplished without the teamwork of all involved. Thanks to everyone! Click here to view photos.
