Marketing Manager
EDIFICE, LLC is currently seeking a Marketing Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The successful candidate will work in conjunction with other members of the marketing and communications team to promote the EDIFICE brand through a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage materials, including qualifications, brochures, proposals, presentations, award submittals, direct mail, announcements, etc.
- Maintain marketing database; resumes, photography, project fact sheets, and other proposal content
- Develop and implement social media campaigns
- Coordinate with professional photographers on finished photography
- Update website as necessary
- Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials
- Plan and execute events for both internal and external audiences
- Trade show management and support
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or previous work experience in marketing or communications.
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, presentation software, and CRM databases.
- Able to work within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and monitor activities to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to develop and self-manage activities necessary to achieve results
