In this role, you’ll work to support project teams on a number of exciting tasks.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the project management team
- Handling accounting functions for various project expenses
- Creation and tracking of subcontracts
- Processing insurance policy requests
- Processing change orders
- Working with pay applications
- Processing submittals
- Processing requests for information
- Submitting drawings
- Completing close-out documents
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills
- Experience with GC Pay, VISTA, and Procore software is a plus
