Project Assistant

 

Essential Duties:

  • Project assistants provide administrative and accounting support to the project management team. These activities include creation and document tracking of subcontracts, insurance, change orders, pay applications, submittals, RFIs, drawings, close out documents, and processing job invoices.

 

Required experience:

  • BS/BA degree or previous work experience in related field; strong organizational, communication and computer skills. Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
