Project Assistant

 

Essential Duties:

  • Project assistants provide support to the project management team. These activities include accounting functions, creation and document tracking of subcontracts, insurance, change orders, pay applications, submittals, RFIs, drawings, and close-out documents.
  • Experience with GC Pay, VISTA, and TEAM software is a plus.

 

Required experience:

  • BS/BA degree or previous work experience in related field; strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
