Charlotte, N.C. – Edifice Inc. has once again been named on the North Carolina 100®. The Grant Thornton Top 100 ranks the state’s largest private companies. This exclusive award identifies and celebrates the successes of dynamic privately-held businesses. To be considered, companies must be headquartered in North Carolina. They may not be a subsidiary of another company and cannot have publicly traded stock.

Developer SunCap Property Group Selects EDIFICE as Construction Partner on New Distribution Facility
SunCap Property Group has chosen Edifice, Inc. as their construction partner on a new distribution facility in Durham, North Carolina. The 237,000-square foot facility is to be occupied by FedEx Ground.

German-based Schaeffler Group continues its expansion in York County with the announcement of $36.5 expansion on their Fort Mill campus and selects Edifice to build their new headquarters.
EDIFICE Unveils Plans for New Headquarters
At 4111 South Boulevard stands an industrial building that was previously two aircraft hangars, a crane rental company, and a boxing center. The building is being transformed into the future home of Edifice, Inc. a Charlotte-based general contractor.
