Though this process selects a contractor solely on being the lowest cost competitive bidder – our practice in this method allows us to stay close to the market. Providing construction services via cost competition constantly exposes us to the realities of the evolving market, enhancing our ability to pinpoint accurate estimates with true market pricing.
