The Refinery

EDIFICE has begun construction on The Refinery at 1213 W. Morehead Street in Charlotte, NC  within close proximity to I-77 and numerous retail and restaurant establishments.

The Refinery is a new 107,000-square foot Class-A office building. It is comprised of four floors of office space with each upper floor offering 22,500 SF connected to a parking deck with 350 parking spaces. The building will include retail space on the first-floor plus showers and locker rooms, community meeting space, a tenant cafe, and an interior bike room. The rooftop will include an indoor/outdoor  deck.  The Refinery will have an “industrial modern design” and is being marketed toward users seeking creative office space.

Insite Properties is developing The Refinery in a joint venture firm Northridge Capital. BB+M Architecture is the architect. LandDesign is the civil engineer.

The Refinery is on track to deliver at the end of 2018. BB+M Architecture is the architect.
