Metrolina Park | August 2018
The Metrolina Park has reached completion with buildings 1-5 successfully constructed and turned over to the owner / developer, Beacon Partners. Construction began in July 2016 with buildings 1 and 2 totaling 640,000 square feet. Completing the industrial park, Phase II included buildings 3, 4 and 5. The developed park provides a combined total of 1.2 million of industrial space.
