Metrolina Park | January 2017
Despite some weather activity early January, Building #1 is moving right along with the completion of steel erection and ongoing roofing activities. Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing crews are all on site and roughing in. Exterior patching is complete and the building is ready for paint.
Building #2 slab is almost complete with 9 of the 12 slabs in place. The first set of panels were poured in place and ready to stand. The park continues to take shape as we have made great progress on site utilities and roads. Grading activities also continue at lots 3-6.
