The Antezana Multi-Specialty Center consists of 1.5-acre site development and the construction of a 21,000sf, 2-story core & shell. South Charlotte Vascular and General Surgery Upfit project is a first-generation upfit on the 2nd floor.
The 9,500sf upfit includes two new operating rooms, cardiac catheterization lab, pre/post-op recovery bays, sterilization, exam rooms, and support spaces. The upfit is also designed for a conversion of a future Ambulatory Surgery Center.
