About the Project

The Municipal Complex includes a new two-story 30,000sf City Hall and Police Department Headquarters.

• City Hall includes all administrative and areas of function for the City including a Council Chamber, offices, customer service, training areas, and conference space.

• The Police Department headquarters houses all Police related operations including the investigations area, holding cells, booking, offices, conference rooms, training, fitness, duty area, and other important police functions.

A new 22,000sf Fire Station and Headquarters and training area. The station provides full operational and administrative space for all Fire Department operations including training, offices, living quarters, gear lockers, kitchen, dayroom, fitness, and duty room.

A newly revamped and recreated City Park includes tennis courts, basketball courts, two football fields, a refurbished dog park, a restroom building, walks and paths, a disc golf course, great lawn event area, a fountain, and other very neat site amenities.

Additionally, part of this complex is a new 15,000sf Summary Court, a magistrate building for Greenville County.
