Edifice, LLC oversaw the construction of the new US headquarters for a packaging company that relocated to Huntersville, North Carolina from New Jersey. The new, two-story, facility has a 20,000 square-foot footprint on 9.7 acres with both manufacturing space and business administration areas. As a packaging company in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, they develop technology like film wrapping, case packing, and palletizing systems.
