This Design-Build project, in partnership with LS3P and Rock Hill School District 3, will serve as the District’s main administrative office. The 30,000-square foot, 3-story building houses the District’s administrative staff and serves as the hub for the school system. The building is located in downtown Rock Hill in the heart of the city’s Historic District.
