The Station at LoSo is being developed by Beacon Partners and designed by RBA Group with LandDesign providing the landscape architecture. Edifice is under construction on Buildings 3 and 4 of this development. Upon completion, these two office buildings will have a total of 190,000-square feet. Building 4 will consist of 75,000-square feet and Building 3 will be 93,904-square feet. The buildings are slated as multi-tenant office space with a total of 25,000-square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space between the two buildings.
LoSo Station is located directly across from the Lynx Blue Line Scaleybark light-rail stop and part of the ongoing growth of the area.
