CrossRidge signs with Edifice and Perkins Eastman for a state-of-the-art Class A office building in Indian Land, SC
CrossRidge Development has signed contracts with top-tier firms in the next step of development for a Class A spec office building at CrossRidge Center in Indian Land, SC. The announcement comes from CrossRidge Chief Operating Officer Ben Cerullo.
Earlier, during the joint groundbreaking of the Upper Palmetto YMCA and CrossRidge Center on May 31st, Cerullo announced plans to develop Class A spec office space as part of the CrossRidge Center complex.
“This announcement is an important step in the full development of CrossRidge Center,” Cerullo said. “Over the past two years we have interviewed numerous property design, development and management companies. Today, I am excited to announce that we have finalized and executed agreements with two of the premier firms in their respective fields. Perkins Eastman has signed on as the architect and interior designer and Edifice, Inc. has been selected as the general contractor.”
