The 11,700 square-foot space includes a welcoming reception area, large and small conference rooms, a break room with a small kitchen, a vibrant living room area, huddle spaces for collaboration, and open office areas equipped with workstations.

 The RailYard

Beacon Partners has teamed with Edifice and RBA Group for the design and construction services for its RailYard project located at 1414 South Tryon Street, Charlotte. The project consists of two eight-story towers with horizontal connectivity on four levels totaling 334,000sf.

Cain Center for the Arts

This new performing arts center in the heart of downtown Cornelius brings residents in the Lake Norman region a place to celebrate the arts. The center's vision for the future is simple: To build a stronger community through the power of the arts. Connecting with the arts is so much more than joy or entertainment, the arts empower children and adults alike to experience, explore and above all else, create. It includes a 400-seat performance hall with theatrical equipment and state-of-the-art audio/visual and acoustic features, gallery space, event spaces, classrooms, and an outdoor plaza with community green space.

St. Joseph College Seminary, built for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte, contains 28,657 square feet of striking Christian pointed architecture located in Mount Holly, North Carolina.

Pester Pac Automation US Headquarters

Edifice, LLC oversaw the construction of the new US headquarters for a packaging company that relocated to Huntersville, North Carolina from New Jersey. The new, two-story, facility has a 20,000 square-foot footprint on 9.7 acres with both manufacturing space and business administration areas. As a packaging company in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, they develop technology like film wrapping, case packing, and palletizing systems.

CMS Palisades High School

This $92 million new 315,000sf high school sits on a 65-acre site.  The building includes a natatorium, gymnasiums, auditorium, kitchen areas, academic classrooms, media center, and administration space. CDOT roadway improvements are included to support the new high school.

The athletic complex includes a new football stadium, several athletic buildings, tennis courts, baseball, and softball fields, soccer fields, and a band practice area.  The football stadium is a synthetic turf system with drainage and a water cannon for summer cooling.  All the natural turf systems include irrigation systems for year-round maintenance.
