The Municipal Complex includes a new two-story 30,000 SF City Hall and Police Department Headquarters.
Additionally, part of this complex will be a new 15,000sf Summary Court, a magistrate building for the Greenville County.
This project entails a new 170,000 square-foot mirror manufacturing facility with 15,000 square-foot Class-A office space that will employ roughly 255 workers. Magna Mirrors produces high-tech exterior mirror systems for automotive customers including BMW, Mercedes and Volvo. The plant was constructed to produce about 1.6 million mirrors a year. The 33-acre site offers several amenities, in an employee amenity park including a wellness room, fitness center, canteen with patio and gaming area, vegetable garden and a solar-lit walking trail.
This design-build project comprises a 251,000-square-foot industrial facility on 56 acres in Anderson, SC. The primary function of this package delivery and sorting facility is to handle critical, time-sensitive packages that are transported via semi-trailer trucks.
This 22,000sf fire station is a combination of wood, steel, and masonry with the exterior finishes of brick and Hardie board siding. The main feature on the fire station is an 8-truck apparatus bay, with a training mezzanine. The station also has a full kitchen, living area, fitness space, 4 truck auxiliary bay, locker rooms, decontamination space, and administration/office space.
This 213,000 square foot Class A distribution / manufacturing facility features 32′ clear height, 22 dock doors, two drive-in doors and 161 parking spaces. SunCap Property Group is the developer for this design-build tilt-up project.
This two-story 26,000sf facility is the home for the City of Hendersonville Police Department. The facility includes all police operations, along with some maintenance, and serves as the 911 Call Center for Police emergencies and communications. The facility includes space for administrative services, training, evidence storage, fitness, & locker rooms, roll-call, interrogation, interviews, evidence lab, kennels and K9 storage, kitchen/break area with an outdoor area, conference rooms, and detective bullpen area. This facility also serve as the City’s Emergency Command and Operations Center.
