The Navy Yard Charleston consists of renovation to historic Storehouses 8 and 9 as well as new construction of Storehouse 8.5. Under governance of the State Historic Preservation Office, Edifice will be converting the over 100-year-old structures into new offices, meeting rooms, apartments, and retail space.

Phase 1 and 2 of this Design-Build industrial complex will consist of two (2) buildings ranging from 200,000 square feet to 800,000 square feet set on a 170-acre parcel. Work will include mass grading. extension of Strathmore Road, and a round-a-bout on Jedburg Road.
Edifice provided design-build services for the new Dorchester County Library Branch. This joint-use facility is located in North Charleston on the campus of Fort Dorchester High School and the Aquatic Center. The library is approximately 15,000 square feet and is fully equipped to receive between 750 – 1000 people per day. The new facility provides classrooms, a computer center, event rooms, and private study areas.

The project includes two (2) tilt-up warehouses (216K sf and 317K sf) totaling 533,000-square feet for Foundry Commercial in Dorchester County South Carolina. Both buildings will feature clear heights at 32’, two (2) drive-in doors, dock doors 9’x10’, loading bays, interior bays and a total of 514 combined parking spaces.
