EDIFICE Elevates supports Classroom Central
EDIFICE Elevates’ early fall efforts included helping Classroom Central with various back-to-school tasks. On Wednesday, September 14th a group of Edifice employees stepped out of their normal activities to support this much-needed non-profit. These tasks included die-cutting sight word cards, warehouse assistance, counting and sorting school supplies, and other tasks as needed.
Classroom Central fosters equity in education by providing teachers and students with the free resources they need to succeed. Classroom Central started its journey by serving students and teachers in CMS Schools. Since opening its doors in 2002, it has expanded into six school districts, serving some 127,000 students in nearly 200 schools in CMS, Gaston County, Iredell-Statesville, Union County, City of Kannapolis and Lancaster County, South Carolina by offering eligible teachers and school personnel with free school supplies.
