Partnering with SunCap Property Group, Edifice was selected as the general contractor to construct the FedEx Ground facility located in Durham, NC. This project consisted of demolishing the existing 410,000 square-foot manufacturing facility and constructing a 237,000 square-foot package processing facility. This tilt-up construction building lays on 44 acres of property.
