The Cabarrus County Library and Active Living Center at Mt. Pleasant and Virginia Foil Park include a single-story 21,000sf library, Type II-B structure with multipurpose rooms, and fitness rooms. The exterior is a combination of masonry veneer, metal wall panels, wood veneer wall panels, aluminum storefronts, and curtainwall.
The park complex includes three baseball fields, two soccer fields, a walking trail, a playground, fitness stations, amenity buildings, and a landscape with irrigation. Interior finishes consist of acoustical wall panels, resilient flooring, LVT, carpet tiles, tile, ceiling baffles, and ACT.
