This Design-Build project consisted of the new 20,000sf Electric Division Operations Building which includes offices, break rooms, vehicle, equipment, and material storage. There was also renovation work on the existing 31,000sf Administration building and the 5,000sf Ready Room building. The main focus of the administration building is a new state-of-the-art training and conference room. The Electric Division building has been designed and built as an Essential Building to operate 24/7 through any weather or event. The building includes the City’s SCADA system and meets the requirements of a Risk Category IV building.
The project also involved all the necessary and updated site work, storm water provisions, parking, and infrastructure associated with each building.
