$6M, 17,000sf addition with some renovations to the existing building for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. The project includes a new middle school gymnasium, art, music, CTE, and computer classrooms. Exterior work includes a new bus parking lot, revisions to staff and visitor parking lots, a new entrance drive, and new multi-purpose field.
