Edifice has been working with the Town of Holly Springs to design a new Operations Center Campus. This campus will include the following departments: Utility and Infrastructure, Land Development, Building Safety and Inspections, Customer Service and Compliance, Information Technology, Utility and Infrastructure Business Asset Management, Parks and Recreation, Fleet Maintenance, Storm Water and Environmental Resources, Water Resources Department, Maintenance Department, Finance Storage and Laydown and Public Works Department. The project includes a main administrative office building, vehicle wash areas, fueling center, covered storage, lay-down yard, and composting center as well as a main operations building and warehouse space.
