Edifice, Inc. provided construction management services for the future home of Huber Technology, an 8.7 acre site located in the Airlie Business Park of Denver, NC. This project includes new construction of a 44,000sf manufacturing facility with 22,000sf, two-story office component and site-work. The construction of the facility is a mixture of precast wall panels and a glass curtain wall system for the exterior on a structural steel superstructure frame. Features also include: drive-in truck dock, three bridge cranes, 10 or more jib cranes and a 100% PoE lighting system in the office area.
