St. Mark’s Church (SMC) selected Edifice as their general contractor for pre-construction services and negotiated construction of an expansion and renovation of their existing campus in Burlington, NC. The scope of the project included the construction of a new family / youth ministry and education center, central lobby connector, and the renovation and expansion to their existing education building. Edifice was also responsible for overseeing the initial demolition of multiple buildings to allow space for the footprint of the new construction, the site work for the new exterior plaza and reworking of the main parking areas. This project totaled 8,000-square-feet of new construction and 46,500-square-feet of renovations.
