The exterior of the existing building is nearing completion with the roofing, exterior painting of precast, curtain wall and sunshades all completed. We have started installing the insulated metal panels. The administration addition is progressing well with roofing, masonry and the curtain wall completed. On this building the sun shade and insulated metal panel installation will begin next month. Through out all areas the framing and drywall installation is well underway and currently we are wrapping up the overhead mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection rough-in. The interior masonry partitions in the fleet maintenance building are nearly complete with the vehicle wash building under-slab rough-ins underway. A majority of the drive and parking areas have their first layer of asphalt installed and the backfill of the fuel oil tank is nearing completion.
