The Metrolina Park site continues to transform as you will see in this update, the building pad and foundation preparations for Building 3 continue. Building 4’s building pad is approximately 70 percent poured with our team preparing the forms for the tilt-up walls to immediately follow. Building 5’s building pad is now completed and work progresses on the remaining tilt-up forms. The plan is to go vertical on Building 5 in a few weeks, so be sure to stay tuned!
