Metrolina Park | November 2016
Edifice has started the construction of the distribution park being developed by Beacon Partners on the former site of the Metrolina Tradeshow Expo in north Charlotte. The Metrolina Park development will consist of 1.2 million square feet of multiple buildings. Working with Merriman Schmitt Architects, this project will be developed in two phases with the first phase consisting of buildings 1 and 2 and totaling 640,000 square feet.
This video showcases the final concrete pour of the 140,000 square foot slab that will be Building 1.
