Transformation continues as we prepare the building pad for Building #5 of Phase 2. With the footings completed and the stone base laid down, we should expect the moisture barrier to follow and the first pour should be in the next few weeks. This 350,000 square-feet building pad will be sectioned into 8 different concrete pours as we phase through the process.
The property in north Charlotte used to be home of the Metrolina Tradeshow Expo. Developed by Beacon Partners and designed by Merriman Schmitt Architects, the distribution park is being constructed in multiple phases and will consist of five buildings. The first phase included building 1& 2.
