Metrolina Park | October 2017
Edifice continues to oversee the construction of the distribution park, named Metrolina Park. Developed by Beacon Partners and designed by Merriman Schmitt Architects, the distribution park is being constructed in multiple phases and will consist of five buildings. The first phase included Building 1 & 2. We have just begun site work for Phase 2 making way for Building 5, the third building being developed. This building is approximately 350,000 square-feet. The property in north Charlotte used to be home of the Metrolina Tradeshow Expo.
