Park Avenue / Infinity Broadcasting

This project consisted of a 90,000-square-foot, three story mixed use, urban facility constructed of structural steel frame, brick and pre-cast veneer.  Construction included an adjacent 482-space parking deck.

Interiors included upfit of a 33,000-square-foot broadcasting studio with contemporary, high-end finished areas.  Sixteen (16) sound studios with corresponding office and support space make up this high performance project.
