Edifice provided Construction Management services for the renovation and repositioning of the existing Acts Retirement Life Communities Tryon Estates property, located on their 215 acre mountainside campus. This renovation project entailed improvements to the space utilization of the existing layout and transitioned from a classical to a rustic style throughout the community. Interior improvements included a chapel, multiple dining venues, club room, multipurpose room, sales center, administration and commons area.
