Edifice was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the newest addition to the UNC Charlotte campus, the University Recreation Center which includes an estimated 160,000 gross square feet. This facility will include the following program components: Offices & Administrative Areas, Gymnasium Space, Cardio, Selectorized and Free Weight Training, Multipurpose Group Fitness, Locker Rooms & Support Spaces, Natatorium with Recreation and Lap Pools, Core & Circulation Spaces.
