In our community, construction has been considered an essential business since the Stay at Home orders were enacted in March. Like many in our industry, we quickly implemented strong social distancing measures. We encouraged our employees to work from home when possible and protect themselves with gloves and masks. We also offered our field personnel the opportunity to stay at home if they felt uncomfortable being on a jobsite, had underlying conditions, or if they had family members that needed attention and care.
100% of our field personnel remained on-site with a re-dedication to safety and well-being.
