The Station at LoSo Buildings 3 & 4 | December 2021
Just up the street from our office in lower South End, work is quickly ramping up on buildings 3 and 4 at The Station at LoSo. Upon completion, these two office buildings will have a total of 190,000 square feet. Building 4 will consist of 75,000-square feet and Building 3 will be 93,904-square feet. The buildings are slated as multi-tenant office space with a total of 25,000-square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space between the two buildings.
The Station at LoSo is being developed by Beacon Partners and designed by RBA Group. Stay tuned for more updates as the project progresses.
