This project includes a 17,679sf new two story building, 18,680sf of renovation, and an interior tenant upfit of all spaces. The building will include a monumental stair, auditorium, rooftop terrace, exterior patio and hardscape, new parking lot, and new lighting, landscaping and irrigation.
