Topping out celebration held for speculative Class-A office building, CrossRidge One
INDIAN LAND, S.C., April 12, 2021 – Today the CrossRidge One building, “topped out” as the last steel beam was placed for the 120,000 square-foot, speculative Class-A office building. Located off Highway 521, this building is believed to be the first speculative office building in Lancaster County. The building offers 30,000 square-foot floor-plates and walkable amenities, with six retail out-parcels available at the front entrance. The CrossRidge Center’s campus totals 190 acres with an existing Class-A office building occupied by the cable network INSP, the brand new 78,000 square-foot Indian Land YMCA, a stand-alone 32,000 square-foot event and conference center, greenways and scenic landscaping throughout. Future phases of development with the master-planned community will include retail, multi-family and hospitality uses. The project partners include Jones Lang Lasalle, developer & property manager, CrossRidge Development, owner, Perkins Eastman, architect, and Edifice, general contractor.
