ABOUT
Edifice was the selected General Contractor overseeing the renovations to the fourth floor of South Tryon Square for U.S. Bank. This 25,000sf renovation included a complete demolition and build back of the space. The Gensler design consisted of one large conference room and 5 smaller conference rooms and collaborative spaces. The conference rooms are enclosed with butt-glazed panels creating an open feel. The remainder of the floor plan includes 16 offices, a contractors suite, a cafe, 2 large copy/print areas and 127 workstations.
