“Edifice, Inc.’s performance on our project was absolutely outstanding. From the guidance and counsel they provided prior to being selected as general contractor for the project, to their ability to keep costs in line, to the build-out and beyond, they have been trusted advisors and partners. The level of ownership they took with our project exceeded our expectations. Our project presented two significant challenges: a very compressed time frame and facility regulations requiring all work be performed after-hours. The team at Edifice did a great job managing those challenges and always presented effective solutions proactively. If we were to tackle this project ten more times, we would select Edifice, Inc. every time.
