Project Update:
Good progress has been made over the last few weeks with the Christ Covenant’s Community Life Center. After excavation of the hillside, we began installation of the french drains around the lower level and tied into the storm sewer. Simultaneously, we have begun the lower level foundation. We poured about 150 cu yd of footings last week and have started erecting formwork for the 15 foot high retaining walls. Footing construction will continue and the walls will chase them around the perimeter. Our goal is to complete the lower level in less than 4 weeks. The rough-in work for plumbing and electrical will begin in the next few weeks.
