ABOUT

The project was completed in two phases for a total of 100,000-square feet of industrial space supplying exhaust components to the nearby BMW Facility. Phase I included 60,000-square feet of new space and Phase II included 42,000-square feet of expansion.

The building includes hi-bay fluorescent lights and an extensive welding fumes exhaust system. A chiller was utilized for building conditioning.
