ABOUT
Edifice is currently serving as general contractor for the expansion of independent living units on the campus of Plantation Estates located in Matthews, North Carolina. The scope of work for this project consists of developing a 40 acre site including a major road widening and an on-site bridge. Phase I includes the construction of 7 apartment style buildings equalling 252,000 heated square feet and totaling 126 units for senior living. Each building has their own 13,000sf parking garage.
