This 4,500-square-foot, single-story project consists of a free-standing medical office building housing an upscale orthodontics office. The medical spaces include X-Ray room, sterilization equipment incorporated in the cabinetry, dental chairs, and several “on deck” areas as patients are moved through a variety of examination rooms. The space also includes the doctor’s core office and three consultation rooms. The main entry area is fully equipped with reception desk, juice bar, and a child’s recreation area.
