Signature Distribution Buildings I & II

ABOUT
This project consisted of two separate industrial distribution facilities totaling nearly 400,000-square feet and constructed utilizing tilt-up concrete panels. Building I was approximately 143,000-square feet and Building II was 256,000-square feet. The larger building had a cross dock layout with more than 100 dock doors and levelers.
