The Club at Longview

Weddington, North Carolina

About

This 28,000s-square foot, two-story clubhouse is constructed of structural steel frame with concrete slabs. The building design is an old English Tudor style.  Exterior skin is natural stone as well as areas of authentic pebble dash plaster.  Extensive high-end interiors include stained white oak raise paneling.  All hardware and fixtures are in the Tudor style.  Roof materials and metal flashings are natural slate and copper.  Porte cochere covered entrance is made of heavy timber white oak.  The clubhouse has several interesting features including a 18’ diameter turret used for informal dining that overlooks the 18th green.
