The Club at Longview

Weddington, North Carolina

About

This 28,000s-square foot, two-story clubhouse is constructed of structural steel frame with concrete slabs. The building design is an old English Tudor style.  Exterior skin is natural stone as well as areas of authentic pebble dash plaster.  Extensive high-end interiors include stained white oak raise paneling.  All hardware and fixtures are in the Tudor style.  Roof materials and metal flashings are natural slate and copper.  Porte cochere covered entrance is made of heavy timber white oak.  The clubhouse has several interesting features including a 18’ diameter turret used for informal dining that overlooks the 18th green.

“The Club at Longview would like to sincerely thank you…The dedicated professionals for which you employ and their attention to detail cannot be over emphasized.  The commitment that your staff exhibited during this very complex, difficult and time restricted project should be commended…I hope that we may once again have the opportunity to work in the collaborative environment that was exhibited throughout this project.”
