CrossRidge One Office Building

Indian Land, SC

About the Project

Edifice was selected to provide construction management services for the shell of a new corporate class-A office building totaling 121,000 square-feet.  The project includes foundation support, a surface parking lot, synthetic stone masonry, segmented retaining wall and special hardscape / pond enhancements. Located on more than 190 acres just minutes from Charlotte, the CrossRidge campus is anchored by the Upper Palmetto YMCA. The master plan features a live/work/play environment with a Class-A business park, residential, retail, walking trails, and more.

You and the Edifice team were our choice from the beginning and remain our choice as growth at CrossRidge takes the form of a 200-acre Mixed-use Development with new building products on the horizon - from additional office space to hospitality to retail and even multi-family residential plans. We look forward to our continued partnership!

Thank you again for the amazing quality construction of our signature office building, and for the lasting relationship that you have earned and that we certainly value.
